Barron's roundtable

Barton Biggs, founder of Morgan Stanley Asset Management,
suggested WEBS Malaysia with comment and (???) TTF without
comment. Maybe he doesn't understand the premium/discount
issue because the article lists the price of TTF as of 1/12/98
as 5 3/4.
