Richard,

I recently purchased BICO on strong buy advice from Mark Kuziow at Castle Securities. Your assessment seems accurate. He anticipates a run up to 5-6 based on what happened back in April on the last FDA review.

One further piece of positive information. It seems BICO has gone into production on the glucose sensor. It seems unlikely that a company would start stockpiling product unless they expected to get FDA approval.
