My neighbor, through a friend, says that
if I take magnesium citrate, calcium citrate,
and B12...it will reduce my blood pressure.
The hypothesis is that certain blood types
(mine is Apos) have certain nutritional
requirements that are not satisfied by an
average diet...and these vary as to your
blood type.

Never heard of this before. Sounds a
little hoakey, and I do not know what
sort of a scientific justifcation could
be hijacked to support it. Just throwing
it out there before I start taking
supplements to test it out. I thought
I would pop a bottle of each for awhile
and test the theory, what harm can it do?

Of course, I know what drives my blood
pressure up. Daily albuterol and 30 extra
pounds...
