My comments are:

1. I believe management's goal is to increase the "do it for you" segment of their business line. Service Revenues increased 24.7%, so it appears that they are in the process of achieving their goal.

2. I found it interesting that the good weather is a negative for sales. I guess it makes sense - not as many batteries, etc. going bad in the mild weather.

3. "Despite the fact that fourth quarter sales exceeded most analysts' expectations, the company does not expect to exceed the consensus estimate for fourth quarter earnings." Does that mean that the earnings will be a disappointment or just in line with expectations?
