Thus much like Gary's theory of reverse causation such revelations spark a challenge, and are perceived as an admission, generating the very SEC scrutiny said to be avoided. Alas what is "inside"? Perhaps somewhere close enough to find out that:

Indeed for "Danny", "Kolesar", and the "boys" to hate her they would have to know her. It surely seems that to know her, and to know of her actions, by reading this thread, provides ample reason for them to hate her, for she says:

What horrible problems this creates for "Danny" and especially "Kolesar" who we are told is reading this thread. (It seems Tim verified that fact in days gone by). If they are corporate officers they seem to be in danger of being skewered on the horns of their own Gary like reverse dilemma. If they know or should know of her actions( they read this thread), or even know of her threat, must they not
withhold ANY such announcement pending their notification of the SEC that someone either has or claims to have misappropriated material, non public information, and is threatening to divulge it on the internet? What a horrible position for them to be in.
The gauntlet has been thrown, simultaneously to the SEC over the manner in which the MM manipulation (driven by inside information) is to be covered; and, to the corporation over announcements. What ever they do seems wrong. Are they part of the leak and the manipulation,
ergo dare not report to the SEC? Or are they victims of the leak and the manipulation and bound to make the report to the SEC before they dare do anything else? Or do they do one to appear as
though they are in the other position? Or do they do as usual and issue a meaningless PR and more debentures?

The visitors will come!
Unknown and unsuspected visits will begin soon. The way it goes down is this. Federal Agents (IRS, SEC. Fed. Reserve, Postal Inspectors, etc. etc.) charged with enforcement of a myriad of laws have the right to access your most private records. No, not those in your house, office, or on your person. The Constitution protects those, at least for awhile. Rather the papers and records created at the source of your outside contacts. Moreover these visitors will access your records, and from them reconstruct what you did and when you did it. You will never know of their visits until much later. In fact those who will be divulging your most intimate financial information are prohibited from telling you about the visits.
Armed with your most detailed financial data and the records of all of your transactions this information will be combined with similar information gleaned from other similar sources, and about other people. As facts are assembled, patterns emerge. Interviews will begin. The weakest links first are contacted and they will begin to fold, thus providing additional information which weakens stronger participants.
Others will be contacted and offered a chance to save themselves by being cooperative. Being cooperative means only one thing. Divulge even more information and start identifying people, places, dates, times, correspondence and notes and recollections of conversations and contacts. The caveat is clear. any leak of your assistance and the personal benefit you are seeking is lost. Mouths are sealed rather than face that fate for their person.
Other potentially weak links will choose to resist. Other interviews will proceed, the resistors will suddenly discover that previous legitimate business contacts are no longer as friendly. Sources of
legitimate business income begin to decline as though the resistor has acquired some contagious disease. In areas where regulatory or licensure connections are involved, such agencies,and commissions will show a marked interest in the resistors. Many will get the message and begin to cave in and seek to be allowed to become more cooperative. Of these most will now be denied that opportunity. The information they might have provided earlier is no longer needed. It has been found
at other sources. Legal fees will begin. Life as it was previously known is disrupted. The stress on family and loved ones begins to mount.
Decisions are made in the flurry of the moment and rationality gives way under stress. Honest lawyers will be ignored and deemed garrulously sensitive, their fees will mount just the same. The
existence of the scrutiny will begin to be shared among those under that searing secret light. As it's existence becomes known and shared, joint decisions and choices will be made. Excuses, alibis,explanations, and covers will be considered, tested and shared among those who are on the microscopic stage. Each becomes dependent upon and at the same time most vulnerable to the other. Rationality now recedes even further as it is displaced by paranoia. But is paranoia with cause irrational? Mental processes degrade in an ever downward spiral. For indeed some had who earlier agreed to be cooperative, have been left to mingle and become even more ooperatively involved. The conspiracy of silence will proceed to the conspiracy of the cover-up. The die is cast.
Those previously deemed as garrulously sensitive lawyers, will become instructors who teach the awesome power of the stars and bars.The lesson of how even those who think themselves cunning enough to hide all traces of guilty conduct, will likely find their efforts to no avail, as they share a fate with those previously guilty of nothing other than their participation in the conspiracy. The broad ensnaring scope of the conspiracy statutes will be explained. The lesson will proceed to the likelihood that they all will begin to view the stars through bars. The fees will mount even higher. The suffering will mount. The dragnet will grow ever wider. Starry nights will become unbearable. Some will opt to join Vincent. |
