Bosco, it is not just a reverse split, prior to that you get a 5 for reverse with conversion of debt to equity. The good side is that those bond holders believe that their stock will be worth more than $1.5 in few years (and possibly the company might even have a cap of $250 MM for Dobson to get additional goodies, as if he did not get enough!!!!).
