Nothing much.

I understand Dr. Webb and his incomplete board are very busy doing a full audit of GMD's expenses for the period Sept-Feb 28th 1998.

I also heard rumours that some people/groups have offered to make loans to GMD but they insisted on seeing GMD's audit first. This, of course, is very understandable.

The stock sank again to as low as $0.56 about a week ago, but since then it has gone back up to the $0.60-$0.70 range on fairly good volumes. To be sure, many investors expect GMD to take off from here once the financing is in place.

LMX surprisingly shot up from $0.16 to $0.48 yesterday. Today it closed at $0.51 on a volume of about 1.25 million shares!. Nobody seems to know why LMX has gained so much so quickly.

O yes, in last week's Northern Miner (page 18) it was reported that Don Farrell had made an unauthorized loan of about $50,000 from Sanfred (SND.V) to Farrell Financial. Except for $4500, SND got its money back.

Cheers,
