Doug: ML analyst opinion is 8% growth for CREAF in 1998 fiscal year.
That is why CREAF may not have the previous expected earning of $2.64 and will be $2.50.
However CREAF recently acquire Cambridge soundwork (HIFI). The financial data of HIFI will be integrated into CREAF in the Dec quarter. Traditionaly HIFI has highest and profitable quarter in the december quarter. Last year December quarter, HIFI generated $18.075 Millions and 14 cents per share profit. This revenue will probalbly offset the Southeast Asia revenue loss in the current quarter, (ML analyst said a possible 18% revenue reduction in the Southeast Asia). I do not know if ML consider the issue of the new CREAF acquisition on HIFI.

Overall, key issues are still the US and Europe sales in this holiday season. CREAF will make the number provided these two cylinders fire strongly.

Best regards,

Stanley
