I recently unboxed my small short on RMBS.

So far, that stock has been more than kind to me, but one does have to be agile with it. If I see anybody buying their products or see their royalty/revenues kick in, I would flip in a minute. I never marry a point of view and am happy to make money in either direction.

You are betting on a court decision with that stock, and I am not keen on coin flips. Even if they win, it would likely get sold on the news and I just don't think they have a prayer of winning. The industry will just work around these boyz in any event. The PE makes no sense to me.
