Pierre, THANK YOU for confirming that my local Printer owns PRST shares.

Would you like a list of other printers I know that own shares?

For being an observer with just "a few puts", I, like Jason's Mother, have come to the conclusion that such interest by you, causing you to contact long distance such a small print shop owner,(appx. 1000 square foot shop) indicates you may have "bet the farm" in your short position, and possibly not slept well over the weekend at the thought that even a small printer could own any PRST shares. You have certainly outdone yourself, in your attempt to apply interpretation to "Substantial number of shares"

I never asked Mr Lamour directly how many shares he owned (or each of his employees) as I thought it "NONE OF MY BUSINESS". The IMPRESSION I received from my discussion with him, was that this particular asset represented a large part of his portfoilio as John had indicated he had many discussions with his broker regarding PRST and had sold some of his shares for profit and was now looking for a good price to buy back into PRST stock. As most people trade in 100 share lots, my impression was obviously larger numbers of shares - not that this makes the slightest bit of difference as to the purpose of my post.

I thought it was quite accepted that many printers own shares of PRST. Being "in the field", you should know that. My information was as an afterthought at the end of a post, just sharing that even a small printer was excited about PRST and owned shares of the stock.

As far as his employee ownership, John stated in front of the 5 employees working that day, that "each also owned shares of the stock" Those employees that I spoke to, all nodded their heads in agreement and seemed genuinely excited about what they knew regarding the PRST technology. I suppose if you had been in my position, you would have whipped out paper and pen and interrogated each as to the number of shares they bought and sold as I imagine you did over the phone!

Interesting that you fail to mention what was actually important here...that as a printer, John OWNS shares of PRST and is EXCITED about the PRST Plate Technology and the future outlook and the direction of the industry....I suppose you "forgot to ask that?" Did you ask John if he would have liked to have afforded a Quickmaster DI.? This is what I was interested in.

Pierre, There are around 16 million shares owned by institutions, insiders, and many individual traders. As you are making an inventory of who owns what, it should be a "cake walk" for you to contact all your many sources indicated from your prior posts in this endeavor. It should be within your capability to call all the brokers in the country or even PRST directly to obtain a list of shareholder names and their numbers for you to call. I for one, would be very interested to learn of the results of your excellent research attempts! Maybe we could work on this together!

What was the basis for your call to Lamour? Is it beyond your comprehension that a small printer could own shares? What is your interpretation of "substantial"? 500 shares? 1000? 10,000?

To John, 250 shares at $50.00 represented a buy at $12,500, which would have been worth $50,000 had he sold at the peak. This may very well equate as a "substantial" amount to him and have provided a reason for his excited reaction when speaking to another local businessman, (myself) that DOES own a SUBSTANTIAL number of shares of the stock...(by your implied definition).

Pierre, You do amaze me! Do keep up the good work. Your prior posts were great for discussion and showed knowledge and thought. Please continue in that direction!

Regards,

Neil

PS...By the way, how's your spelling doing? Mine's not too good either!
