Delighted to hear the good news. I am due to weigh in on Monday. Don't expect a big drop, but what I am eating is fine. What helps me is that I bought a large jar of cashews at Costco and I measure out 15 of them as a treat between meals if I am hungry. My diet now is quite soft and I miss the chewy stuff.
