Cybercash has expanded its marketing significantly and has hired new people for this purpose. With regard to ICVERIFY acquisition, I believe this is a wise move now--in a year or two, it would have cost Cybercash several times this amount to buy such a fine company (including the management). In an infant industry, growth is the the most important element of survival. Clearly, acquisition is the fastest way of growing.
