The "Licensed Spectrum" will be used to get from the WAP to the modems "Best Node" (Typically, the closest network to the modem). The return "path" form the modem to the WAP will be via the "unlicensed" frequencies (900 MHz and 2.4 GHz)and the data will be routed through the network back to the WAP. Thanks for the interest!
