Strikes me this is a high handed way to kill us with kindness. I would have anticipated the commission would first investigate, then punish, and instead we see a stock being deprived of oxygen over a long period of time and to ultimately admit that it was one of the healthiest stocks ever to have suffocated is less than a solution.If there is something wrong with the stock, I would expect an announcement now, to that effect. I think the company would be crazy to issue statements at this time, so we know nothing, and one doubts a stockbroker could put a client in this stock without future liability if some wrong is untimately developed. jim perry
