Thanks for your thoughts on the article reference. Maybe this fuzzy area of whether MMs can significantly influence large stocks will be answered by some charitable MM. I'm sure some of them read this thread.

My question is this: If you are long on a stock, like I am with Intel, does it make any difference whether MMs manipulate the price?
Does the manipulation effect long term trends?
