On the trial, You are confusing things again. I did not see a reference where Microsoft said they copied the Apple GUI, this is a direct quote (see below) from the trial conclusions..... this can't get get any more Direct.... or clear what MSFT said here.... these are quotes from MSFT themselves in discovery information for the judge..... i did not say the ported the code, i said they copied the interface code, and they had access too this code directly from apple....
