Do you think those 3Com cable modems have the TI C6x chip in them?

Scrapps, looking at the March '97 date of this press release and noting that the C6c chip came out a month earlier it's possible they used the chip, but my gut feeling is that USRX was more involved with TI DSP solutions than COMS and that COMS used a different vendor. I haven't looked through all this stuff on these links but something may be lurking out there. It's a good question, you know I'm wondering if COMS was using TI DSP's at all before the merge? I hope they weren't using ROK chips! <GGG>
