Yes... I saw that ... I was reading in sequence... catching up. I agree that government should keep their noses out of this and only put companies back in line when they clearly violate the law. It does make one nervous... they could go on a rampage.... At least there's one more company they'll need to go through before they get to you know who! I'm not feeling all that comfortable about this turn of events.

I'm hoping the government says - monopoly - yes. And that they used this monopoly to leverage the browser market... and for that they will be required to unbundle the browser and charge separately for it. I think that Microsoft's argument that the OS and the browser need to bundled is crap. The browser IS the OS and that is what Microsoft fears. Unbundle the browser - make them compete... perhaps pay a fine and get on with it.
