I hope that most Echostar dealers are a lot more helpful and well-run operations than Echonet. It's very important that the people who set these systems up are adept at familiarizing people with these systems. If the original set-up goes well, it can result in loyal, satisfied customers that will keep systems for year after year. Nothing is more important than a high-quality dealer network. MV BABER
