Shootie,

No doubt. The way it stands, it's a stinker.

But again, I don't think it will get to a point that lawyers and class action efforts will be necessary to change this ruling. I have a feeling, and maybe it's just optimism, that the SEC will see the parts of this rule that are unfair to public customers and not sign off on it until it's more equitable. Like they have in the past.
