John, No. I only asked if the SEC has exornerated all parties..... That is why I also find the SEC answer interesting. Looks like they may be backing off a little. I still feel they need to bring this investigation to closure by completing it first (if not already completed), then issuing a public statement about their findings. That may not be SEC policy right now but they need to seriously consider bringing all investigations to closure when completed. Ron Reece. Thanks for the post on possible additional questions to ask my legislators. I too believe Senator Milkulski to be a mover and shaker although I don't generally agree with her politics.
