I'm afraid this statement is not, ah, crystal clear. You're saying:

1. Tonto discovered--and proved--that the CEO of GIFS was a criminal.

2. Tonto was able to "mask" the illegal short position, which had become "terminal". What does "terminal" mean in this context?

3. That this "terminal" short position "hid the crimes" of the GIFS shortsellers, who were trading

4. "Invalid" shares, by which I suppose you to mean 144 shares with the labels stripped.

Now. Can you prove 2, 3, and 4? Have you considered taking a course in expository writing?

And who at AZNT is feeding you "information" that you rather touchingly believe to be correct? Quiel or Sylver?
