There's a choice of scenarios, both of which can result in rebellion:
1) we get no terrorist incidents before '04

If 1) is the case, I believe you will be rebelling alone.
Those Americans who love Liberty and are willing to defend it will be pleased at those results.

In either case if fascist legislation increases and investigations continue to be stonewalled, there will be rebellion in the streets...
witness the 1960s, when street demonstrations included all demographics.

I was a soldier for 8 of the 60s years...musta missed something...
Tell me...exactly what fascist legislation did we get from JFK and LBJ?

but the worst is exporting of jobs, which causes reduction in prosperity, education, health and lifespan, and measurable increase in disease.

The Demo solution to that has been to pile on employer paid workers' benefits to make our corporations even less competitive. Kerry, whose wife is heavily invested in Vietnamese industries, is a benefactor of such legislation.

That may not be the worst effect for long. If Ashcroft's recent warning is correct, there could be several million Americans lost in the next few months.

If you truly view such an event as likely or even possible...your arguments against defending ourselves are really difficult to comprehend. You will not find more than a few Americans who are both afraid to die and afraid to live.
