Dave Z: Well it sounds like you have the answers that the SEC should be held accountable for telling us. But yours are based on assumptions. Is it fact that this is the reason for halting the trading? Do you work for the SEC? If not maybe they need some people like you that realize that the least the existing shareholders should receive is concrete explanations for the cessation of trading not innuendos. The SEC, like many other government agencies, is antiquated due to increased communications and needs reform.
