<<The lofty PE is clearly justified. >>

Maybe it is....maybe it isn't....it's really irelevant. The reality of it is that currently the street does not think the lofty pe is justified, and proof of this is in the charts....now, does this perception change an hour from now, a day from now a month a year...who knows....but clearly at this point in time on feb 22 at 9:30am, the street does not believe it deserves such a lofty valuation....if so, they wouldnt be knocking the value down....again, this does not mean it is not justified...it just is not justified right now at this point in time....

Quite a few downgrades on NTAP today....I really feel the SEC needs to get involved with this......It just makes no sense that these charlatans upgrade at $120 and downgrade at $30....I personally think any house that comments on a stock, upgrades, downgrades or whatever, should be precluded from buying or selling said stock for a period of 30 days before or after they speak. I know this sounds tough and ties their hands, but maybe it will make the houses more accountable, take away their agenda, and cause them to be a little more careful as to what they say, how often and when.......I mean these guys currently, sell, sell sell, then downgrade....after it drops, they buy, buy, buy, then upgrade, and then sell, sell, sell....this should be illegal. It is simply the big boys taking advantage of the little boys and supposedly the houses are working for us, the retail investor.......How many people are pissed at Merril because their brokers were recommending sndk, only to have a merril analyst downgrade it the very next day...same with sune....some merril brokers were pushing it pretty heavy lately, then they downgrade it...as a customer, I would be pissed...and merril screwed me years ago several times and that is why i am no longer with them...but all the houses are the same.......
