Cheeky, it's particularly important in these goofy suits which name 100++ 'John' and 'Jane' Does (see: HITT or AZNT, for example). Since there seems to be trend starting with those over the past month, they really looks more like 'fishing expeditions' to me. I certainly do feel entitled to the opportunity of challenging the subpoena given these recent events.

I'm quite opposed to these types of 'Surfer Safaris' and quite opposed to having SI give me up without question or notice.
