Canadian Custom Profiles ceased operations in May 2001 according to the Annual Report.

Susan Winkler received Incentive Options in Nov 2001.

Susan is not officially as at today a Director of PYT???

(The Proxy form and vote set the Directors at 4 but the supplement docs appears to leave the door open for the Directors to appoint another Director (to 5) this fiscal year.)

I have not been informed of the new appointment.

No wonder I'm confused.
