Ron, I don't think the main issue here should on closure of the SEC investigation. The damage has been done, and I don't think any statement by them will help the company in developing the processor. Think it's more impotant the company concentrates on getting the DHEC permit, and developing #2, than where they are trading, or exoneration by the SEC. As far as the stock price goes, I'm more confident in the processor than when I was buying back in Jan. at a higher price. I have less faith in the management now, but more faith in the processor. Think the processor is the only main issue. Plan on buying more this week. Bob
