I don't particularly like to place counts on individual stocks. But if I had to, I would say that the move off the feb lows could very well be a 'ii' of '3' down. I do believe we are seeing a corrective wave off those lows as the wedge and the H&S neckline get a retest. The move is a rising bearish wedge. The next move down would be the big one.

But I am very glad I hopped off those poots at 40!
