As usual you're swallowing liberal propaganda. One of my neighbors' children is a single mother who shoulders sole support of her child, she benefited from an increased child tax deduction due to the Bush tax cut. She's fully employed and receives absolutely no help whatsoever from the child's father.

The wise Bush policy both assisted the responsible, hard-working mother plus motivated her to stay in the workforce rather than apply for welfare. If Democrats win the House, one of the worst results will be the return of all those self destructive welfare programs. The ill-conceived liberal programs encouraged those who can least afford children to reproduce like rabbits, in order to collect a larger welfare check.
