Muffy - and Ron

Muffy - you should open post 4684 on 5/9, which you should read prior to contemplating any trading, the essence of which is quoted below - and draw your own conclusions:

"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Green Oasis because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, Green Oasis' press releases concerning (1) the development of Green Oasis' products; (2) Green Oasis' business operations, including the testing of its equipment; (3) relationships between Green Oasis and a financial analyst who recommended purchase of its shares; and (4) the commercial viability of the contracts Green Oasis has announced it received to purchase its equipment."

Ron - it may be a bit more complicated than you describe - as whatever 8-K's are filed would have to correct previous press releases (where correction and/or elaboration - to achieve full disclosure - is required) and other previously disseminated public information - and correctly, too, to meet the SEC's tests of accurate and adequste public disclosure. And 'that' is GRNO's responsibility!

This may not be a trivial task, as if any party is in a position where disclosure would open the possibility of SEC sanctions and/or legal action, they may be less than forthcoming with full disclosure.

In particular, based on the postings of the past 2+ months, corrections of previous public disclosure would seem to particularly include prior information related to items (3) and (4) above (IMHO), and, to a lesser extent (also IMHO) items (1) and (2) - which (again IMHO) can be at least practically answered by sustained operation of the partnership-owned unit at 'advertised' productive levels of input, output and economics, for a period of time sufficient to demonstrate a 'production,' not 'demonstration,' capability.

And O yes - one thing to be thankful for is that no stockholder litigation has surfaced as yet.
