According to the date stamp on his original post -- 10:17 AM--,
tend to agree that this is a hoax. I believe that Yahoo uses East coast time, and with three hours later in CA, his post would be 7:17 AM CA time. I believe the court's hours generally begin at 8AM.

UPDATE: TRIAL HAS STARTED WITH REGARD TO THE LAST 3 PATENTS (Not rated) 14-Aug-07 10:17 am Update: As we speak, QCOM lawyers are being lectured by the judge on the misconduct of the last trial and being warned before hand that it will not be tolerated today.
