OK here's my thought: What's the speed of the LS-120 compared to the SCSI and IDE Zip? I heard Zip is X times faster. If so, and LS-120's best hopes of fruition are in NEW machines first, then I don't see it
because new machines can easily take the Zip SCSI or IDE drives which smoke the LS-120. When in computing did consumers scramble for a slower technology that is less established and available? I think speed is the death of the phantom LS-120. Also, how many times we're we tried to be convinced some new product was CERTAIN to be a smash when it flopped? Zip really is a smash.......
