From what I can glean,there was a NY hedge fund that held 13 mil or so shares that liquidated its holdings or is the process of doing so,Management says they will be gone before month or sooner,I think sooner,that hedge fund had a director on the board,believe they were trying a takeover on the cheap but were rebuffed.Now,MDN has acquired a very promising tantalum-niobium play in Quebec that management says they will be mining in 2012 or thereabouts.A catalyst for higher short term SP movement would be some decent results from their Tanzanian properties ,of which they hold many and appear very promising.Extremely high volume of late for a stock that used to trade by appointment and at last look,techicals signal a major breakout to me after having been stuck in the .51-.57 range for a long period.This may see a buck sooner than later and we won't have to concern ourselves with dilution for at this point ,they have somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 mil in cash.Lots of insider buying lately as well.... I am in.......
