I2: re allocation on buy signal. I think technically you are correct as he indicated to a caller who pretty much asked that question though like everything it is a personal decision and I don't think Bob would think it wrong if after taking a big beating recently many wish to go heavier into equities than originally intended on this buying opportunity which undoubtedly many are doing. It depends on your situation and your risk tolerance for example it would be stupid for a retired person to risk throwing away critical mass but for many others I would guess that GNMA's and any excess cash has been plowed into the market and all who have done that are a lot more concerned about the consequences a crash then previously. Let's hope Bob's buy signal works so whether we have been too risky or not we will all make money
