Len, Jack told us the real process of how Nasdaq listed stocks traded - through MMs. And if all these MMs have the same interest to fix the price, they really can do that.
When INTC was 140s last week or week before that, we saw a very heavy call-buying mostly by retail investor, you can tell this because of the size and the short time premium. Those calls mostly sold by strong-hands with deep pocket, like institutions and MMs (some the MMs do have their own mutual funds!). I said "mostly", because you and me have the same right to sell/write the those calls, instead, for some reason we didn't, but we bought them. Why? because they make the news/information, and we read the news/information they feeds us.
Anyway, we may still see INTC drop a few points before the next rally, it all depends on the market mood.
