Uhmm, OK. What's "secular" about it?

Secular Bear means that you will have booms and busts like normal, but the highs (and lows) are trending lower, after being adjusted for inflation.

Uhhm, OK. How do you explain the ~40% rise in tech in 2003 and the ~4% rise in tech in 2004?

This stands to reason, since we have historically high P/E ratios.

No we don't. Which tech stocks are at historically high P/E ratios? INTC, CSCO, MSFT, and IBM are at their lowest P/Es of the past 6 years.

Like Lizzie, none of the things you are claiming as facts are supported by any numbers. The numbers (which are indisputable facts) say the OPPOSITE of what you are claiming....
