Class Action Suits, Fact or Fiction - I heard (don't know if it's true) of people who have gotten class-action suit notices in the mail which stated that company XYZ had ripped them off and to get their share of the money from the suit they signed and sent in the enclosed document. Then the attorney lost the class-action suit and they received a bill from the attorney. Anyone ever hear of this sort of thing?
