One thing Franken did say was that he was there to represent his state to be one of 2 Senators from his state.

Perhaps this is a signal that he won't be a rubber stamp for Obama.

I don't know the man or have an opinion just hearing what he said--------so will the Senate be a filibuster proof Senate with his vote? Only if he follows the party line and doesn't buck it in any way.
