Undoubtedly some of our current divisions will not be particularly interesting to some/all potential buyers. I could see a scenario where the bulk of the DCTC gets sold to a larger co. in exchange for shares in their company, and the leftovers are either sold separately for cash, for shares in a second company, or we receive shares in one or more newly organized entities to reflect our continuing ownership of those activities (e.g. Cyberfax and Muller Media ). The number of possibilities is really very interesting. Maybe Joe will make his hoped for target of the end of August. I'm rooting for it. George E.
