I thought he was making the point that liberals supported Bruce, and now (gosh darn those liberals) they support PC suppression of bigots. I really don't see that as terribly inconsistent (supporting Bruce, and supporting PC), since profanity isn't really aimed at any one group to dehumanize them, but JF seems to think it is some kind of similar issue- and I am fed up with potty mouths myself (although I dislike bigots more, I must say)- so I am fine with society squelching both- although I'm not sure to what extent I want the state involved. But most PC pressure is societal, and not statist, anyway.
