bob, Thanks for the headsup on the CalBio Summit. I knew LGND was presenting, but I wasn't sure if the conference was more science or more financial. Its bigger and more financially orientated than I realized. LGND will also be presenting at a couple of large scientific meetings at about the same time. One is in San Diego next week and its on "Transcription Regulation and Signal Transduction" ibcusa.com and the other is in Philadelphia on "Insulin Resistance" October 6-7: ibcusa.com Here's the Transcription Regulation scheduled topics: JAK/STAT Signaling Pathway Orally Bioavailable Small Molecule Drugs Novel Small Molecule Inhibitors Transcription Factors with Therapeutic Applications Mediating the Immune Response Transcriptional Potential of NF-AT Growth Suppressor/Kinase Regulation of E2F Chromatin-Mediated Repression Animal Models Rexinoid Treatment of NIDDM Nuclear Hormone Receptors Effects of Bacterial Endotoxin on Innate Immune System Regulation and Structure of MAP Kinases Inhibitor of AP-1 Mediated Gene Activation Calcium/Calcineurin Signaling Pathway Steroid Hormones Cell Cycle and Cell Death Both conferences will include Ligand presentations on Rexinoids.
