Sergio: The technology has never been a real concern to me. Remember, I used to be a refinery engineer on a fluid catalytic cracking unit. Just from reading the GRNO literature, I figured there was an 80%+ probability that the technology worked as described. (I would need to visit the plant to increase the probability to 100%.) The biggest issues in my own mind have ALWAYS been: (1) the commercial issues (i.e., market penetration assumptions, economies of scale or the lack thereof, other potential entrants like oil & gas companies, etc.), and (2) the legal issues raised from the SEC investigation (i.e., actual contract status, disclosure of related party transactions, possible constructive fraud, etc.). The legal issues will soon be decided, and we'll all be playing from the same level playing field. The commercial issues are much more complex, but are probably even more important to ensuring a successful long term venture. Razor
