they just announced a 3:2 split - a meaningless event, so ask yourselves, why did you get excited over nothing - who led you to the belief that something major was about to be announced? The likely reason for the split is that the company realizes that their stock is mostly owned by retail investors, who are most likely to go for the bait of a split.
