$2.6B chip plant in UK; the output will be exported to all of
Europe and the US. There's also another story about the Japanese
expanding hard-drive manufacturing. Here we go: back to the 80's!
This time the Koreans will be the aggressive businesses; the Japanese
companies are worried, too.
