'Print Screen' does not work on this Windows 7 laptop. The print screen button is labelled Insert and right beneath it [prtSc)
I must be missing something here. Is there some special new thing you have to do to capture a screen image then paste it in one of several programs?

OK, I found it. On this laptop at least, one must also press the function key [fn] along with the print screen button. That worked.
