I was unclear: There is a "display" listing with subcategories under it. The help file said I could find one called "change display." With these instructions:

To use display scaling features
From the NVIDIA Control Panel navigation tree pane, under Display, click Change display (flat panel) scaling to open the page.


What I bolded is missing under "Display." There's one that says "change resolution," though. That is not what I need.
