Me thinks that all this talk of "in house" legal defense is a bit overdone. I think PJ is talking of having more oversight of the legal issues within the company, rather than letting it ALL be done by outside hired legal firms. I think there will still be the use of outside counsel, but with greater oversight by the officers and directors, and more input and guidance of the outside counsel by the company itself.

I do not think that Qualcomm's officers and directors are foolish enough as to think that they can do this single handedly from the inside.
