Your statement that I responded to (and cited) was .... "Once an option is issued, it has already created dilution." My counterpoint was (and is) that until the market price exceeds the exercise price, the dilution is not reflected in reported EPS. Are you saying my point is false? re "The difference between us is you are debating semantics and that doesn't change my main point, ..." That's a red herring IMO. If I were debating your main point, I would have cited your main point and addressed it directly. re "that buying back shares is as good for shareholders as issuing a dividend ..." I'm not sure I agree with that. Maybe we will debate that at a later time. Ron
