Your statement that I responded to (and cited) was .... "Once an option is issued, it has already created dilution." My counterpoint was (and is) that until the market price exceeds the exercise price, the dilution is not reflected in reported EPS. Are you saying my point is false?

That's a red herring IMO. If I were debating your main point, I would have cited your main point and addressed it directly.
