I hate to see a product that has saved me hours and hours on format/reinstalls causing people so many problems. I have spent some time on their forums the last few days and there is a lot of griping. I realize the only time you hear about a product like that is when things are going wrong but the seeming lack of response from Acronis to the problems with the 2009 and 2010 versions is pitiful. The format of the Knowledgebase and the forums makes it almost impossible to find answers even if they were there. I have been lucky enough to not run into any problems and I guess I'll just cross my fingers and hope. On second thought, I'd better do a backup with Windows 7.
